Day 1: Ashgabat
Your Turkmen guide will meet you at the airport and then will accompany you to Ashgabat city, the capital of Turkmenistan. There you will have a sightseeing tour where firstly you will go to Gokdepe village. It is one of the biggest mosques of the Central Asia, Turkmenbashy Ruhy Mosque which can occupy more than 10,000 people. After the Mosque the next destination is Gokdepe horse farm where you can see the beautiful Ahal-Teke horses. Then we will drive back to the city for dinner time. After it we will visit Independence Park and the Palace of Happiness where you can see the panoramic view of the Ashgabat city. Thee tour guarantees you numbers of beautiful pictures. It is going to be your best tour in Central Asia. At the end of the tour you will be dropped off at your hotel.
Day 2: Ashgabat – Kow Ata – Nokhur
After breakfast we will start our way to the Kow-Ata underground lake and the well-known Bakharden cave. The lake name is translated as “father of the caves”. Its popularity is connected rather with the healing properties of water, than the beauty of this underground nature. After spending time at the lake, we will have lunch. Then the tour route will take us to Kopet Dag range, where there is a region settled by mountain tribes of Nokhur that have for centuries preserved their unique culture, traditional crafts and architecture. For overnight we will stay in a homestay.
Day 3: Nokhur – Ashgabat – Kerki
The third day of the tour will start with breakfast and then we will drive to Ashgabat and visit the memorial complex consisting of three memorials honoring those that died in the 1948 earthquake, soldiers who perished in WWII and those killed in other Turkmen battles. The Earthquake Memorial features a bombastic bronze rendering of a bull and child. After lunch we will transfer to the Russian Market. It was built in the period of 1972—1982 by the design of the Russian architect Vladimir Visotin among other buildings that were included in the "Ashgabat Reconstruction Program of 1970-1980. This building decorated by the Turkmen sculptor Klych Yarmamedov who adored the building with a magnificent abstract sculpture placed in one of the building's corners and the building was done in Soviet Modernism style. After it we will drive to the train station to go to next destination Kerki town. Today’s night will be spent on the train.
Day 4: Kerki – Koytendag
Upon arrival in the Kerki you will have your breakfast. Then we will transfer to the Koytendag mountain and nature place. The country’s most beautiful mountains are Kugitangtau, also called Koytendag, are located in the east of Turkmenistan. Their name is translated as “mountains of deep canyons”. Actually, this ridge is cut by many deep canyons with steep cliffs, which make the sky sometimes seen only in a form of narrow strip over the head. There are the deepest lakes, the longest caves and even the Dinosaur Plateau bearing traces of these prehistoric reptiles. It is this mountain system where the highest point of Turkmenistan – Mount Ayrybaba that is 3,139 meters high is located. Moreover, Koytendag Mountains are home to the country’s deepest lake – Kattakol. Today you will stay in the camp Koytendag.
Day 5: Koitendag – Turkmenabat – Ashgabat
In the morning we will drive to the Turkmenabad airport for flight to Ashgabat. Night will be in a hotel. This is the end of your “Flower of Love” tour.
Day 6: Flight
In the morning is transfer to the airport.
