Day 1: Ashgabat
Arrive to Ashgabat International Airport and your guide will meet you at the airport. Then you will drive to Ashgabat. In the capital city, you will have exciting city tour including amazing marble buildings. Ashgabat is situated not far from Iran border. It was established in 1881 at the slopes of Kopet Dag.  In translation from Persian language Asghabad means, “eshg” is love and “abad” is popular adding for a populated area. Sightseeing will include Lenin’s square, Arch of Neutrality. Park of Independence, incredible white-marble “Eiffel Tower” standing in the middle of park. Afternoon, an interesting excursion will be in  Museum of Ethnography and Museum of Fine Arts, where you can learn about culture of Turkmen people Night in a hotel.

Day 2: Ashgabat – Kow-Ata
In the morning travel to one of the mysterious places of Turkmenistan. Which is called Kow Ata, it is an underground lake. The way to the lake will be 107 km from Ashgabat. In translation from Turkmen, Kow Ata means “Father of Caves”.  The cave is like a huge auditorium. It lies 230m in length, 20 in height and 57 m in width. The bottom of the cave is full of limestone and the water has beautiful color. The temperature of the water is very warm reaching 33–37°C . You can even swim in.

Day 3: Kow-Ata – Nokhur
Today’s the tour will continue to Nokhur, which is located in the depression area of Kopet Dag Mountain. Residents of Nokhur like to build houses from the smooth stones derived after the erosion. All streets are very narrow, between high boulder walls only one car can drive through.  However, the Main Street is wide.  Inhabitants of Nokhur are different compare to other Turkmen tribes in culture and traditions. The mountainous location is the main reason of difference. There are about 2000 people live in this village..

Day 4: Nokhur – Darwaza
After having breakfast, travel to Darwaza. On the way, there is an opportunity to see endless Kizil Kum desert. Arrive to Gas Grater Darwaza. It is an ever-burning big hole in the earth. It is splendid beauty changing its appearance according to the sunlight. The site is very beautiful in the evening. Night will be in the tent camp with delicious food.

Day 5: Darwaza – Ashgabat – Merv – Mary
In the morning, travel to Ashgabat and further to Mary, in order to explore the eastern part of Turkmenistan and traces of ancient trade road. The first site will be Abiverd fortress. It has the same importance as many other remarkable site like Merv, Kunya-Urgench, Nissa, Dakhistan. Abiverd lies on the way from Ashgabat to Mary. In addition to fort, there are remains of old Seyit Jamal-ad-Din Mosque dating back to 15th century. In 1456, Mohammed Khudaiot supported this mosque’s construction. Further, go on to Mevr. It was one of the largest and most developed cities on the Silk Road. Mevr had significant role in Islam World together with other Islamic cities Cairo, Baghdad and Damascus. In Mevr you will also see Gyz Gala, Erk Gala, Soltan Gala, Soltan Sanjar Mausoleum, Ibn Zeid Mausoleum. Then drive to Mary. You spend night in a hotel..

Day 6: Mary – Ashgabat – Nisa – Horse farm – Ashgabat
Take a morning plane to Ashgabat then visit Nisa fortress for continuing the tours in Turkmenistan. It was the Parthian Kings’ Sanctuary. Nisa was listed into the UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007. In addition, we will have opportunity to see famous Turkmen horse farms. Turkmen breed- Akhal Teke is an honor of the country; here there will be short show of graceful horses and participate in Traditional Tea party. Return to Ashgabat. Stay in a hotel.

Day 7: Flight
After having breakfast drive to airport.
