Day 1: St. Petersburg
You will be met and transferred to St. Petersburg today from Pulkovo International Airport. Your first day in town will be devoted exclusively to a city tour. Take in the sights at places like Ostrovsky Square, Vladimirsky Avenue, and Vosstaniya Square, among others. Mikhailovskaya and Bolshaya Konyushennaya streets are the next places to view, followed by Palace Square, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, the Summer Garden, and Troitskaya Square. Day 2: St. Petersburg – Kiryavalahti
You will go to a wonderful village named Kiryavalahti in the morning. The splendor of the northern environment and the traditions surrounding Sortavala's "Finnish age" are well-known in this magnificent location. A stone castle, as well as a waterfall valley and lovely animals, may be found in the settlement of Priozersk on the island of the Vuoksa River. Day 3: Kiryavalahti – Petrozavodsk

Today we are going to Medvezhyegorsk for a tour. After going down the ancient Murmansk path, you will arrive at the Marcial water resort. Along the way, you may visit the reserve and the Kivach waterfall, Karelia's first state park. It protects the prehistoric flora and animals of the republic. After lunch, you will go to a panoramic view of the Palozerskaya hydroelectric power facility and the old volcano Girvas. Your night at the hotel.
Day 5: Medvezhyegorsk – Zaonezhie – Kizhi Island – Medvezhyegorsk
You will journey to Zaonezhie in the morning. You'll pass by an old chapel on the route. Arrival in the town of Kosmozero. It's a little historic settlement on the southern side of the same-named lake that runs the length of the Zaonezhsky peninsula. The Church of St. Nicholas the Chudotvortsa will be seen on the way. Then it's off to Kizhi, a lovely island famous for its architectural ensemble of Russian timber architecture marvels. You'll return to Medvezhyegorsk via the Shungite deposit in the evening. Day 6: Medvezhyegorsk – Gimoly
Today you will journey to Gimoly village. This is a town with historically significant structures. Along an inaccessible road along the lake's coast, you'll be able to rest and photograph breathtaking scenery. Then you'll travel to Lake Pizanets, also known as the "Pearl of the Karelian Taiga" and a popular tourist destination due to its uniqueness. You will arrive in the Gimoly settlement. Day 7: Gimoly – Vegarus
You will proceed to the village of Vegarus after breakfast. The Loimolsky rural village is located in the Suoyarvsky region of the Republic of Karelia. You'll stop at the Votovaara peak along the way. This is one of Karelia's most fascinating locations. The numerous seids on this mountain are well-known, attracting not just tourists but also scientists from various professions. After that, you'll have a short rest at Porosozero. Day 8: Vegarus – Gardarika
Today you will visit the Gardarika protected area. This area is considered one of Karelia's most environmentally friendly. The hotel situated 60 kilometers from Sortavala, on the beaches of Yanisyarvi, a rare meteorite lake surrounded by a lovely pine forest. Day 9: Gardarika – St. Petersburg
In the morning, we'll go on a tour of St. Petersburg. The Rock Garden Museum and Puikkola, a 30-minute drive from the Gardarika hotel, are also worth a visit. The Kaalam village is located in the Sortavala region. The population is estimated to be around 500 people. Arrival in the Russian city of St. Petersburg. Your night at the hotel.
Day 10: St. Petersburg – Peterhof – St. Petersburg
After breakfast, you'll go to Peterhof. This is one of the most stunning country estates in the French Versailles style. The Upper and Lower Parks' spectacular fountains, notably the legendary "Samson," will take your breath away. A glimpse of the Great Peterhof Palace will also be available. The exit to the Monplaisir Palace, which has an observation deck on the beach of the Gulf of Finland, will be a distinctive pleasure in the Lower Park. Then it's back to St. Petersburg, where you'll view the historic cruiser "Aurora" and the Strelka V.O. cape on Vasilievsky Island's eastern end.
